2. Hotel Room Bookings

2.1 Reservation

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • A valid name, phone number, and payment details may be required to confirm a reservation.
  • Guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.

2.2 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Guest Responsibility

  • Maintaining the room in good condition.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Following all hotel rules and regulations.

3. Restaurant Services

  • Table reservations are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.
  • Menu items and pricing may change without prior notice.
  • Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.

4. Banquet & Event Bookings

4.1 Booking Confirmation

  • Banquet bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Event dates are reserved only upon written confirmation and payment.

4.2 Guest Count

  • Final guest count must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
  • Billing may be based on the confirmed guest count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.

4.3 Venue Usage

  • Decorations, entertainment, and external vendors may require prior approval.
  • Any damage caused during the event shall be charged to the booking party.

5. Payments

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and government levies.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required for reservations.
  • Payments made through the website are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
  • We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking issues, or technical interruptions.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the booking agreement.
  • Cancellation charges may apply based on the cancellation date and event schedule.

7. Catering Services

  • Catering orders must be confirmed in advance.
  • Final menu selection and guest count should be provided within the agreed timeline.
  • Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Engage in illegal activities.
  • Damage hotel, restaurant, banquet, or catering property.
  • Disturb other guests or staff.
  • Use our facilities for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Father’s Hotel, Restaurant & Banquet and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
